You might have heard about this one - if not, it is surprisingly powerful. This might sound strange, but it is worth trying if you are keen to permanently improve your mood. Give More Than You Get
Speaking of seemingly magical acts, another one which is always bound to help your mood along is to make a conscious effort to give out more than you receive. When you give, it is an unconscious signal that you are in possession of more than you need. And because of this attitude, before long you will find things coming your way. Either way, it will practically help you to feel better about yourself in the long run, and that is what we are going for here.
